Georgia Holcomb Anders Tuesday May 28th 2019

Georgia Holcomb Anders, age 71, of Lake Toxaway passed away on Tuesday, May 28, 2019. She was the daughter of the late Robert and Tilda Butler Holcomb. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three sisters, Doris Ramsey, Polly Chappell and Barbara Pitawanakwat and one brother, Odell Holcomb. Georgia was a member of Old Toxaway Baptist Church. She enjoyed gardening and working jigsaw puzzles. She volunteered for serval benefits at the Silversteen Community Center and was a former charter member of the Rosman Cancer Club. Georgia adored her great granddaughter. Survivors include her husband of 53 years, Harold Dean Anders, one daughter, Tammy Galloway and husband Greg of Lake Toxaway, one brother, Robert Holcomb of Rosman, one sister, Martha Aiken of Rosman, two grandchildren, Tyrel Galloway and Choena Galloway Gray and one great granddaughter. Funeral services will be held 11am, Saturday, June 1, 2019 at Moody-Connolly Funeral Home. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
