Frederick Byron Hall, age 87, of Caldwell, Ohio, formerly of Ava, died Thursday, May 23, 2019, at Summit Acres Nursing Home in Caldwell He was born May 21, 1932, in Noble County, son of the late Charles Brown Hall and Rito Gale Elliott Hall.
