Fred Bartoe McDaniel Jr. 79, of Macon, Georgia passed away Wednesday, May 22, 2019. Funeral services will be held Friday, May 24, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Fairhaven Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Macon Memorial Park Cemetery. Pastor Chris Minton will officiate. The family will have a visitation on Friday, May 24, 2019 from 1:00 p.m. till 2:00 p.m. in the funeral home. Born in Macon, he was the son of the late Fred Bartoe McDaniel Sr. and Rose Sapp McDaniel. He was a retired mechanic from Bacon Chevrolet in Milledgeville, Ga. and served his country in the U.S. Army. He is survived by his wife, Sara McDaniel, children, Lisa King(Chris), Robin Canup (Michael), Donna Staff, Terese McDaniel, Todd McElheney(Hope), Alan McElheney(Marty), Sisters, Ann Weeks(James) and Marie Helms(Troy); Eight Grandchildren, Seven Great grandchildren. Flowers will be accepted but donations may be made to Pine Pointe Hospice, 6261 Peake Road Macon, Georgia 31210. Friends may sign the online register at www.fairhavenmacon.com.
