Franklin Mattox, 78, of Grandview Ridge, Buffalo, passed away Friday, May 3, 2019 at Cabell – Huntington Hospital following a sudden illness. He was a Veteran of the United States Army, having served his country in the Vietnam War from 1964 to 1966. A steel fabricator by trade, he was employed by Putnam Fabricating, and retired from Alpha Welding and Fabricating of South Point, Ohio.
