Obituary Francis X. “Frank” Sessa, age 86, of Drexel Hill, PA, passed away on May 18, 2019. Born and raised in the Fairmount section of Philadelphia, PA, he was the son of the late Amerigo and Theresa Sessa (nee McMonagle).
