Emma Rae Davis made her early appearance into the world on May 11, 2019 to Casey and Grace Davis. Although small, she was born perfect, in His image. Emma was ushered into Heaven on May 19, 2019. She spent an amazing eight days surrounded by family, friends and prayer warriors who showered her with love, gifts, and reading bedtime stories. While her time here was short, her impact was huge- she was a strong little girl. Her life has taught us to cherish every moment and above all, to love one another. She was not only a daughter to Casey and Grace but also the sister to Tyler, Hunter, and Lucas Davis. Emma was also the great-granddaughter of Rae Spinas. She was the granddaughter of Rodney and Karen Gardinier (Wisconsin), Happe Sprague (Washington), and Oscar Davis (California). She was surrounded in love by her aunties and uncles in California and Washington- Alicia (Curtis) Hill, Joshua Sprague, Olga Sprague (and Jeremiah Broderick), Zachariah Sprague (Rose Freedman), Michael Hulce, and Jesse Davis. Emma was met in Heaven by her grandma, Lorraine Sprague, and several great-grandparents and loved ones. The immense amount of love and support shown to Emma and her family in her short time is beyond measure and makes our hearts so full. She was truly a miracle. Her life here on Earth would not have been possible without the love and care provided by the team at Aurora Medical Center in Oshkosh and Children’s Hospital in Neenah. Funeral arrangements have been made at Valley Funeral Home in Appleton. Visitation will be from 4-6pm on Friday, May 24th with the service following immediately afterwards. “Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows.” -James 1:17
