Charles Edward “Eddie” Wright Loving Husband, Daddy, & Pop Pop Canton-Charles “Eddie” Wright, 73, of Canton passed away surrounded by his family at St. Joseph Hospital in Asheville, on Tuesday, May 14, 2019. He was preceded in death by his parents, Bill and Elizabeth “Sis” Wright. Eddie is survived by his loving wife of 37 years, Colleen; one son, Brian Wright of Clyde; four daughters, Murna Wright of Canton, Kim Duggan of Indiana, Lacey (Chad) Conway of Mississippi, and Beth (Jason) Worley of Canton; eleven grandchildren; four great grandchildren; and one sister, Phyllis (Bill) Arrington of Charlotte. He a Proud Army Vet and worked as a carpenter for many years. Eddie enjoyed hunting, fishing, and his favorite sport of all, napping. No Services are planned per Eddie’s request.
