Obituary of Donna L. Ramsey Donna L. Ramsey, 74, of Cortland passed away May 12, 2019 at University Hospital, Syracuse NY. She was born September 13, 1944 in Cortland. Donna was raised and educated locally. She had been employed with Philadelphia Sales for several years. In her spare time she enjoyed sewing, quilting, and traveling. Donna enjoyed spending time with her family and especially her grandchildren which brought her great joy. She is survived by her husband of 56 yrs. Roy “Mike” Ramsey, her daughters Lynn (Bob) Brown, Ann (David) Overbaugh, Rebecca Ramsey, her brother Daryl (Linda) Reynolds, her grandchildren Mya and Jacob, great grandson Greyson, along with several nieces and nephews. Donna was predeceased by her parents Merlin and Elizabeth Seymour Reynolds, and her brother Dale Reynolds. A calling hour will be Wednesday 11 am – 12 pm with a funeral to begin 12 pm at the Wright-Beard Funeral Home Inc., 9 Lincoln Ave., Cortland NY, 13045. Burial will follow at the Virgil Cemetery.
