She was born in Norwich Norfolk England on April 1, 1953 to the late Theodore R. & Janet (Burke) Baker. Donna was a member of the V.F.W. Post #5018 Ladies Auxiliary. Preceded in death by her parents and her younger brother, Craig Baker. Survived by her husband of 40 years, Michael Chase; daughters, Sarah Martin (David) & Tarah Chase-McCarty (Steven); grandchildren, Cheyenne, Savannah, Malik, Desirae, Areanna & David, III; sister, Shayne Childers (Bill); brother, Theodore E. Baker, Jr. (Julie); numerous nieces, nephews & many friends. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements by the GEORGE C.
