Dolores’ Obituary Pawtucket – Dolores M. (Kapinos) Sirois, 88, passed away on Saturday, May 25, 2019. She was the beloved wife of the late Roland J. Sirois. A lifelong resident of Pawtucket, she was a daughter of the late Antoni and Sofia (Mastalerz) Kapinos. Dolores worked at Texas Instruments, Attleboro for many years and more recently at Denison Pharmaceuticals in Pawtucket. She and her late husband were the proprietors of the former Sirois Market, once located on Liberty Street in Pawtucket. In more recent times, Dolores resided at the Burns Manor in Pawtucket, where she donated many hours of volunteer work to the Burns Manor Tenant’s Association, where she lovingly knitted hundreds of pairs of slippers to be used by United States military veterans at the Providence VA Hospital. Dolores also enjoyed crocheting and play Bingo with her many friends. She leaves three sons, David Sirois and his wife, Joyce, of Hope, RI, Kevin Sirois and his wife, Cheryl, of Pawtucket and Mark Sirois also of Pawtucket; five grandchildren, Eric, Scott, Megan, Kayla and Mitchell Sirois; a great-granddaughter, Olivia Sirois; a brother, Eugene Kapinos in Florida and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by three brothers, Henry, Peter and Frederick Kapinos and a sister, Florence Cloutier. VISITATION will begin on Tuesday at 10 a.m. followed by Prayer Services at 10:45 a.m. at WILLIAM W. TRIPP Funeral Home, 1008 Newport Ave., Pawtucket. Interment will follow at RI Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Exeter.
