Denise’s Obituary Cranston – Denise A. Christian, 36, formerly of Pawtucket, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, May 20, 2019. Born in Portsmouth, Virginia, she was a daughter of Sandra J. (Nordin) Christian of Pawtucket and the late Kevin R. Christian. Denise worked as an addiction recovery coach, helping people who struggled with addiction and through difficult times, with kindness, encouragement and support. She will be remembered by all her family, friends and those whose lives she touched, as a kind and loving soul. Denise was always willing to help a person in need. She had a gregarious personality, great sense of humor and a radiating smile that would light up a room and brighten anyone’s day. She will be sadly missed, but fondly remembered by all those who had the honor of knowing her. Besides her loving mother, Denise leaves her beloved fiancé, Frank Spicola; three adored children, Max, Noah and Laurel Christian; a sister, Lisa Christian and her fiancé, Patrick Singleton; a brother, James Christian; a brother-in-law, Wilbur Reyes and many beloved nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends. She was the sister of the late Keith Christian and Alison Christian-Reyes. Relatives and friends are welcome to attend CALLING HOURS on Thursday, May 30, from 4 to 7 p.m. at WILLIAM W. TRIPP Funeral Home, 1008 Newport Ave., Pawtucket. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Denise’s birthday, August 11th at a venue and time to be decided.
