David Allen Whittier was born on September 24, 1957 in Oklahoma City, OK. David was a unique individual who brought light into everyone’s life he met. David enjoyed honeybuns and singing, intrigued by flicking lights and unscrewing bolts to take things apart. David was known for his flushing and disappearing acts. There was never a dull moment with him around. He was a strong man who didn’t care what anyone thought, if he wanted to roll on the floor in public that’s what he did. He was a person who would cheer you up without even knowing it. We take special pride in knowing David and celebrating the life he lived; David has influenced many to just enjoy themselves and enjoy what makes you happy even the small things. David leaves behind many individuals who are left inspired by him and his views on the simple things. David Allen Whittier passed away March 29, 2019 in Wichita Falls, Texas. A memorial service is scheduled for 11:00 a.m., Thursday, June 6, 2019 at the Wooster Funeral Chapel with Rev. Tim Duncan officiating.
