Danny’s Obituary Pontotoc – Danny Michael Ray. 68, passed away May 30, 2019. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and faithful friend to many. He was a hard working farmer for over 45 years and a John Deere dealer for over 30 years. His pride and joy has been his grandchildren. He was welcomed to his eternal home by his granddaughter, Sandra. Services will be at 12:00pm Saturday, June 1, 2019, at Baldwin Memorial Funeral Home. Bro. Pete Gregory and Bro. Wayne Cobb will officiate. Burial will be in the Guinn Cemetery. Baldwin Memorial Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. Survivors-wife of 51 years-Betty Ray; children-Tracy Ray, Amy Heatherly (Chad) and Robby Ray (Heather); grandchildren-Madison Chapman, Kaylee Ray, Marly Chapman, Hilary Ray, Clayton Heatherly , Miley Ray and Michael Heatherly; sister-Debbie Ray. Preceded in death by: father-Robert Earl Ray; mother-Cornelia Ray; sister-Joann Holloway; granddaughter-Sandra Matthews. Pallbearers: James “Bubba” Morris, Andrew Morris, Charles Ozment, Austin Hodum, Eric Loggins and James Leatherwood; honorary-Royce Roberts and Paul Gregory. visitation: 5-9 pm Friday, May 31, 2019 and 10am – 12pm Saturday, June 1, 2019 all at Baldwin Memorial Funeral Home.
