Obituary Dallis Charlie Harris Okemos Passed away on Sunday, May 19, 2019 at the age of 86. Born June 7, 1932 to Charlie and Lither (Richardson) Harris in Warrenton, North Carolina. Dallis or “Charlie” as he was often called honorably served his country in the US Marines during the Korean War. He went on to own and operate his own grocery store for many years. He sold his business and enjoyed a short retirement before starting up his own limousine and town car chauffer service.
