He was born June 5, 1924 in Bright, Indiana, son of the late Clarence Floyd and Lela (Jackson) Grubbs. Cliff was a member of the Greendale First Church of Christ. Past Board of Directors for The Cincinnati Milk Sales, REMC, Dearborn County Farm Bureau Association and Soil and Water Conservation.
