She was born in Dallas, Tx on February 29, 1968. Cecilia enjoyed arts and crafts, gardening, and being an active member at Holy Spirit Catholic Church. Those left to cherish her memory are her husband Mike Ciprian; children Angel, Stephenie, and Vincent Ciprian; grandchildren Isaac and Isabella Lee; 6 sisters; 5 brothers; and many nieces,nephews, and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents Cecilio and Rafaela Espinoza; sister Juanita Rodriguez. Visitation will be 4:00 – 8:00 PM, with a Rosary at 6:30 PM Tuesday May 28, at Jeter & Son Funeral Home, Cedar Hill Chapel, 332 Cedar St, Cedar Hill, TX 75104. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 AM Wednesday May 29, 2019, at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, 1111 W. Danieldale Rd., Duncanville, TX 75137. Interment will follow at Calvary Hill Cemetery in Dallas, TX.
