RUCCI CAROLINE (nee Rosolia); May 14, 2019. Devoted wife of 60 years to the late John Rucci. Beloved sister of Theresa Rosolia, Rose (The Late Orlando) Bonavitacola, Frank Rosolia and Anna (The Late Carmen) Del Bello. Sister-in-law of Rosemarie Rosolia and Rose Borrelle. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Carol was born in Philadelphia in 1918‭ ‬to Carmela and John Rosolia‭. She loved her family dearly and took devoted care of them when they became ill‭. ‬She was very proud of her Italian heritage‭, ‬spoke Italian fluently‭, ‬and took several trips to Italy to visit with family there‭. ‬She enjoyed the Italian customs and traditions‭, ‬particularly around the holidays‭. ‬Carol also appreciated her Roman Catholic faith and had‭ ‬a special devotion to Saint Rita‭. ‬She enjoyed baking and was an expert at needlecrafts‭: ‬sewing‭, ‬knitting‭, ‬and crocheting‭. In her‭ ‬final years Carol was doted on by the caregivers at Pocopson Home who treated their‭ “‬Diva Mom-Mom‭” ‬with great tenderness‭. Relatives and friends are invited to her VIEWING WEDNESDAY 9 A.M. at The Church of Stella Maris, 9th and Bigler Sts., followed by her Funeral Mass at 10 A.M. Entombment, Calvary Cemetery, Cherry Hill, NJ.
