Brad’s Obituary Brad Anthony Horn, age 50 of Mayodan, NC passed away suddenly on Tuesday May 28, 2019 at his home. A graveside service will be held Saturday, June 1, 11 am at Stoneville Municipal Cemetery in Stoneville, NC. Brad was born in Mebane, NC to James Herbert Horn and Barbara Gunter Horn on November 27, 1968. Brad was well known throughout the Stoneville, Madison-Mayodan area as he played basketball for the Stoneville Highschool Eagles. He also played softball for over 20 years, as well as coaching basketball which he loved. He was a member of the “Shi-Town” Cornhole team and was a true Carolina Tarheels fan as well as an avid Carolina Panthers fan. Survivors are his son Bradley Dale Horn and Dale’s mother Wendy Corum Horn, father James H. Horn and mother Barbara G. Horn, brothers Tim Horn and Chris Horn, Special nieces and nephews and his special friend Vickie Goins. Preceding him in death is his brother Dean Horn. Visitation will be held prior to the graveside Saturday morning at Colonial Funeral Home and Chapel in Madison from 9:30 am – 10:30 am. Colonial Funeral Home in Madison is serving the family.
