Franklin, Rev. Billie, age 76, of Shelby, passed away May 21, 2019. The visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Friday, May 24, 2019 at Bolton Funeral Home. The funeral service will be at 11:00 a.m., Friday, May 24, 2019 at the funeral home with Rev. Phillip Rush officiating. Burial will follow at Columbiana City Cemetery. Bolton Funeral Home is directing. Mr. Franklin is survived by his wife: Christine Franklin; children: Dewayne Franklin (Paige), Tammy Revilla, Eddie Franklin (Sherry); 8 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; sisters: Elaine, Betty, Peggy; brothers: Larry and Jimmy.
