Barbara Pierce Cannon, 73, of Calhoun died at Advent Health Gordon on Wednesday, May 29, 2019, following several months of declining health. The Cannon family will receive friends at Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home on Friday, May 31, 2019 from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m. The funeral service will be conducted on Saturday, June 1, 2019 at noon from Moss Memorial Baptist Church. Burial will follow at Chandler Cemetery. Rev. Calvin Anderson will officiate. Mrs. Cannon’s body will lie in state at the church on Saturday from 11:00 a.m. until the funeral service at noon.
