Alvin (Randy)’s Obituary Alvin (Randy) Mayer 74 years old of Cosby, TN passed away May 27, 2019. Randy served in the United States Navy. He was preceded in death by his mother Roseabel, and brothers, Jim and William. He is survived by his wife Deborah of 27 years, son Eric Osborne and his wife Amanda, daughter Marie Zani and her husband Nick, grandchildren Kinley and Payton also special friends Adam, Rhea, Ray, and Charmaine. A receiving of friends will be from 5-7 pm Thursday May 30, 2019 at Manes Funeral Home. Graveside service will be 10 Friday in Waters-Large Cemetery.
