Sarah’s Obituary Sarah, age 88, passed away Wednesday, March 6, 2019. She was born April 17, 1930, in Dundee, Scotland, the daughter of Frank and Sarah (Sweeney) McGuckin. Surviving are her children, Debbie (Allen) Weiand, Steven (Cheryl) Neill and Mark Neill; 6 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Sadly, Sarah was preceded in death by her husband George (d. 2000) and 8 brothers and sisters. Sarah’s family will receive guests on Friday, March 29th, from 11 am – 1 pm, with a memorial service at 12 noon.
