He was born November 27, 1980 to Paul Townsend and Juanita Raybon Townsend. Rusty worked as custodian in the condominium industry until ill health forced his retirement. He had a kind heart and never met a stranger. Rusty loved spending time with his family. His sweet smile and loving ways will be truly missed. He was preceded in death by father, Paul Townsend. He is survived by mother, Juanita Raybon Townsend of Florala, brothers, Andy Townsend and wife Dora and Tim Townsend, sisters, Robin Townsend and Calesta Manning. He is also survived by an abundance of extended love ones including numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Services for Rusty Townsend will be 3PM Sunday February 17, 2019 at Evans Funeral Home with Roger Mims officiating. Visitation will be 1 hour before services.
