Robert H. Lacy, 65, of Jefferson City, Missouri, passed away on Monday, February 25, 2019. He was born on August 3, 1953 in St. Louis, Missouri; a son of the late Robert and Mildred (Bax) Lacy. Robert worked for many years at Sheltered Workshop. He enjoyed his Monday night bowling league and whatever activity was planned on Friday nights. Robert was the life of the party and made many friends. Every year he attended the Tim Tebow Night to Shine Celebration and took delight in having the company of the ladies. Robert is survived by his siblings: Kathy Bax (Virgil) of St. Elizabeth and Linda Rackers (Ron) of Jefferson City; nephews: Steve Bax (Melissa), John Bax and David Bax; great-nieces: Alesha Bax and Victoria Bax; great-nephew: Dustin Bax; and his family from the Delaware Group Home. Friends will be received from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Friday, March 1, 2019 at St. Lawrence Catholic Church in St. Elizabeth. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, March 1, 2019 at St. Lawrence Catholic Church in St. Elizabeth. Interment will follow in St. Elizabeth Catholic Cemetery. Expressions of sympathy can be made to Cole County Residential Services or to the family of Robert Lacy.
