Obituary for Richard “Dick” Howe Print Richard “Dick” Howe died February 18, 2019. He was born in Missoula, adopted by Archie and Margaret Howe, and raised in Billings. He attended school at Broadwater, Jefferson, Lincoln, and was a proud member of Senior High’s graduating class of 1950. He married Lois Johnson in August 22, 1954. He continued his education at Coyne Electrical School and earned an engineering degree from the University of Wyoming. He worked as a master electrician in Billings and finally retired at age 83. He enjoyed singing with the King’s Men barbershop quartet since 1964. He was preceded in death by his wife, Lois Howe, in 2016. He is survived by daughters, Karen Graf (Loren), Jan Howe (Scott), and Cynde Johnston (Tim); and grandkids: Heather, Ty, Amy, Alex, and Abi. An open house will be held on March 2nd from 2-4 pm at Aspen View, 3075 Ave C. A private family memorial will be held at a later date.
