Richard Alan Gockley born on November 21, 1939 in Winona Minnesota to George J and Ruth A Gockley. He fell asleep on January 28, 2019 in Orem, Utah and woke a few hours later in Heaven. After years of courageously battling vascular disease, COPD and dementia the long goodbye is over. Preceded in death by Parents, grandparents and siblings Jack, Willie and Betty. Survived by wife Sandy, children T.J. (Mary), Steven (Becky) and Justin (Tracey). Grandchildren Dallon, Trevor, Lexi, Jonney, Riley, Adelyn, Brooklyn, Mclaren and Sasha. They were his joy and proudest moments. A big thank you to CNS Hospice, especially Monica, Tina, Terri, Matt, Bonnie and Brandon who gave such exceptional loving care and support to us. Services will be held at Orem Community Church. Viewing will be Monday February 4th from 6pm to 8pm. Services on Tuesday February 5th with a viewing from 10am to 10:45am and services to follow at 11:00am. Interment at Timpanogos Cemetery Mausoleum.
