Retired Major Arthur Dudley Maxwell, 101, of Fayetteville passed away on Tuesday, February 12, 2019. The family will receive friend from 9:45 am to 10:45 am Saturday, February 16, 2019 at Rogers and Breece Funeral Home, followed by a memorial service with full military honors at 11 am in the funeral home chapel. Rev. Mike Owens and Dr. Pat Chandler will officiate.
