Celebration of life service for Marjorie Corderman, 82, of Enid, will be 11:00 AM, Thursday, February 28, 2019, at Anderson-Burris Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Eric Keller officiating. Visitation for family and friends will be Wednesday evening from 6:00 to 7:00 at the funeral home. Marjorie was born August 10, 1936 in Anthony, Kansas to James Douglas and Gladys Faye (Roach) Burnet, and passed away on Saturday, February 23, 2019 in Enid. Marjorie graduated from Manchester High School, and then attended Oklahoma State University. She then moved to Wichita, Kansas and worked for a gas company. On November 9, 1957 she married Kenneth Corderman and they moved to Manchester, where they farmed until they moved to Enid in 1968. Marjorie worked for Security Bank and Union Equity. She was a member of Oakwood Christian Church. Marjorie loved to work in her flower beds. Marjorie is survived by her 3 children Keith Corderman, Karla Mendenhall, and Brian Corderman; 6 grandchildren Scott and Brett Corderman, Jason and Cody Mendenhall, and Eli Corderman and Baylee Harris; and 9 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Kenneth, brother Marshall Burnet, and sister Virginia Johnson.
