Marianne Sylvia Richards May 24 1942 – February 20 2019

Obituary for Marianne Sylvia Richards Print Marianne Richards, 76, passed away on Wednesday, February 20th. She was born in Peekskill, NY, on May 24th 1942. She graduated from Ithica College and had a long teaching career at Millbrook High School, Millbrook, NY, retiring in 1997. She enjoyed working her summers as a counselor at a private girls camp in Bradford, NH, and she never knew a stranger. Upon her retirement she moved to Canton, GA, where she resided until her passing. She was a devout Christian and loved by everyone she met. She is survived by her sister, Gini Dupree of Vermont, and nieces and nephews. There will be a private Celebration of Life at a later date.
