Louise “Weezie” M.’s Obituary Louise “Weezie” M. Lisena, 95, of Middle Smithfield Township, passed away Wednesday afternoon, February 20, 2019, at Pleasant Valley Manor in Hamilton Township. She was the widow of Carlo Lisena who died October 7, 1977. Born on June 6, 1923 in Brooklyn, NY, she was a daughter of the late Juiseppe and Antoinette (DeMarco) Vecchio She was of the Catholic faith. Weezie enjoyed cooking, baking and having fun; and she especially loved helping and taking care of people. There were many friends who loved and enjoyed her feisty spirit and she loved being surrounded by family and dear friends. Surviving are a daughter, Rosemarie Brancato; daughter in law, Susan Lisena; five grandchildren, Stephen and wife Krista, Michael and wife Melissa, Carl and wife Nicole, Toni and Christina; and 11 great grandchildren, Jackson, Cameron, Leah, Angelina, Anthony, Julianna, Mia, Victoria, Jonathan, Brianna and Gianna who all brought her so much joy. She was preceded in death by a son, Anthony Lisena. The viewing will be from 3:00pm to 7:00pm on Monday, February 25, at the William H. Clark Funeral Home, 1003 Main Street, Stroudsburg. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00am, Tuesday, February 26, at St. Matthew’s Roman Catholic Church, 78 Ridgeway Street, East Stroudsburg. Burial will follow at St. John’s Cemetery in Middle Village, NY.
