Funeral service for Linda Faye Hutson, 74, will be Friday, February 15, 2019 at 1:00 PM at Tunsel Road Baptist Church with Bro. Ralph Henderson officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Falkville City Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday, February 14, 2019 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home. Mrs. Hutson died on Wednesday, February 13, 2019 at his residence. She was born January 13, 1945, in Winston County to Jake Holdbrooks and Hazel D. Cagle-Kelso. Linda was born and raised in Winston county and has resided in Morgan County for the last 35 years. It was also where she married the love of her life; Melby Hutson. They were happily married for 32 years. Linda loved cooking, cleaning and spending time with her family. One of her favorite things to do was taking care of her gardens and making sure they were the prettiest they could be. Linda was an active member of Tunsel Road Baptist Church. Her christian life was as beautiful as the flowers she planted in her gardens. As a result of her generous spirit and pleasant personality, she was loved and cherished by so many. Preceding her in death were her parents and three daughters: Martha Ann Gray, Brenda Hood and Linda May Bunch. We would like to thank all the hospice employees for their kindness and support throughout this difficult time. Survivors include : her Husband, Melby H.
