Kim Y. Billings was born in Saginaw on June 19, 1964, in Saginaw, the daughter of Arnet D. and Jeannette E. (Baker) Graham. Kim grew up in and attended school in Chesaning. She was united in marriage to Arthur Billings in Saginaw and they later moved to West Virginia, where they raised their three children. Arthur passed away over ten years ago. Kim worked as a waitress and had other various jobs while living in West Virginia. Kim passed away Saturday, January 26, 2019, in Clio at the age of 54. Those left to cherish her memory include a son, Jeremy Billings, a daughter, Tiffany “Tiffie” Chaffin, and a son, Eric Billings, all of West Virginia; four grandchildren; her mother and step-father, Jeannette and Gerald Hafner of Chesaning; a sister, Janet Mullens of Texas; three aunts, Jean (Tom) Miller of Burt, Doris Schulz of Merrill, and Eleanor Smith of Traverse City; many nieces and nephews; and other loving family and friends. Kim was also preceded in death by her father and all her grandparents. Cremation has taken place. A private memorial service to be held later.
