Keith George Hammer passed away peacefully at home February 18, 2019. He was born in Brigham City, Utah on March 23, 1936 to Louis DeLone Hammer and Wilma Osborne Hammer. He was the second of six children. Her married his high school sweetheart, Vonda Taylor on August 3, 1956 in the Logan Temple after returning from military service (Army) in Germany. He loved fishing, camping, and his friends. He was a lifetime member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He is survived by his wife, and sons; Sheldon (Donna) Hammer, Ronald Hammer, Russell Hammer, Daron (Chelsea) Hammer and Allen (Angela) Hammer. A sister Sharon (Donald) Heller, three brothers; Odell, Bill (Shelia), and Charles. 11 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, February 22, 2019 at the Bountiful 9th Ward Chapel, 585 East Center Street, Bountiful, Utah with viewings Thursday, February 21, 2019 from 7:00 to 9:00 pm at Russon Mortuary, 295 North Main, Bountiful, Utah, and Friday from 9:45 to 10:45 am at the church prior to the service.
