Obituary for Kathleen M. Burkholder Print Kathleen M. Burkholder, 91, formerly of Terre Hill, died Saturday, February 9, 2019 at Zerbe Sisters Nursing Center. Her husband, John D. Burkholder, preceded her in death in 2014. Born in Terre Hill, she was the daughter of the late Alvin and Christie (Eidemiller) Horning. Kathleen was a sewing machine operator for Terre Hill Garment and Bareville Garment. She was a member of Grace Family Church, New Holland. She enjoyed traveling, singing, and doing word search puzzles. Surviving are two sons: Barry L. married to Carolyn Burkholder, New Holland and Earl Eugene Burkholder, Lebanon, a granddaughter Linda , two step-grandsons, two great-grandchildren and two step-great-grandchildren, and two sisters: Patricia Moyer, Horizon Hills, KY and Alberta Rutt, Lancaster. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, February 13, 2019 at 11 a.m. at Grace Family Church, 415 S. Kinzer Ave, New Holland. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday at 2 p.m. at Terre Hill Cemetery. Kindly omit flowers.
