Judith L. Matthews, 74, of Strattanville, passed away early Sunday morning, February 24, 2019 at her home. She was born on October 31, 1944 in Brookville; daughter of the late Glenn and Gertrude Ganoe Matthews. Judi worked for 45 years as a Legal Assistant for Garbarino, Neely, Hindman, and Huwar Law Firm. She was a member of the V.F.W Ladies Auxiliary of Clarion and the Piney Rail Riders. Judi enjoyed riding ATVs and motorcycles, working in her yard, feeding the birds, reading, dancing, horses, and spending time with her family and pets. Judi is survived by her former husband, Tom Vosburg of Strattanville, her children, Darlene Bell and her husband Chris of Corisca, Marrijane Groves and her husband Tom of North Carolina, Dean Vosburg of Strattanville, Amber Hudson and her husband Warren of North Carolina, and Jerrod Vosburg and his wife Cinnamon of Strattanville, eleven grandchildren, and six great grandchildren. She is also survived by her siblings, Glenda Allen and her husband Cliff of Arizona, Bob Matthews and his wife Tammy of Sligo, and Peg Howe and her husband Perry of Clarion, her sister-in-law, Fran Matthews of Knox, her former sister-in-law, Shirley Vosburg of Ohio, and her brother-in-law, Jake Miller of Polk. Judi was preceded in death by her parents, a brother, Don Matthews, and a sister, Sharon Clinger. Family will receive friends from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Thursday, February 28, 2019 at the Robert V. Burns Funeral Home in Clarion. Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, March 1, 2019 in the funeral home with Gina DeLair, officiating. Interment will follow in the Cedarview Memorial Park in Strattanville.
