Josie Janone (Neve) Christensen, was surrounded by her family as she left her earthly home on February 17, 2019. Josie was born January 30, 1943 in Salt Lake City, UT to Jack and Sarah (Nicastro) Neve. She attended Highland High School. As a young teenager she met her lifelong sweetheart, Roger Christensen. They were married on March 27, 1959 and later sealed for eternity in the Salt Lake Temple in 1964. Josie and Roger were blessed with 6 children, Laurie Dyet, Joanne (Chris) Hayball, Glenn Christensen (deceased), Daniel (Mike) Christensen, Lisa Christensen, and Amy (Kelly) Campbell. She has 16 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren. Josie was a talented baker and seamstress. She loved singing hymns, teaching, and caring for those around her. Her loved ones will always remember her smile, stubbornness, and concern for others. Funeral services will be held Monday February 25th at the Tooele Stake Center 253 S. 200 E. Tooele, UT 84074. Viewing 10–11:30 AM prior to services. Burial will follow in the Tooele City Cemtery in the care of Dalton-Hoopes Funeral Home & Cremation Center, Grantsville. favorite_border Donations Pledges
