Obituary for Joseph F. Chadwell Print “When someone you love becomes a memory, the memory becomes a treasure.” Joseph Chadwell, Kingsport, passed away on Tuesday, February 5, 2019 surrounded by his loving family. Mr. Chadwell is preceded in death by his parents and his loving wife Phyllis Chadwell Surviving are his daughters: Cindy Jennings and husband Rufus and Kim Campbell. His sons: Robert Shipley and his wife Paige and Brandon Chadwell. Grandchildren: Michael Cox and Ashely Ward. Special friends Ken Bailey and family, Rick Garst and Jean Carver. A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 8, 2019 at 2:00pm at the East Tennessee Funeral home with Pastor Rick Vanoy officiating. A graveside will follow in the Garden of Devotion.
