Joey Wayne Swindle, age 42, of Ft. Oglethorpe, GA, passed away February 26, 2019. He worked many years as an insulation installer in the Chattanooga and surrounding areas. He was a loving husband, father, son, brother and friend to many. Joey was preceded in death by his grandfather, Bill Oneal; step-dad, Dewayne Oneal; grandparents, Lloyd and Darlene Swindle and uncles, Chris Oneal and Ira “Porky” Oneal. Those left to cherish his memory include his wife of 18 years, Amber Swindle; sons, Justin Swindle and Logan Swindle; mother, Jo Ann Oneal; father, Wayne (Elisa) Swindle; grandmother, Betty Oneal; sister, Sondra Studdard; brothers, Scott Kieth, Michael Kieth and Jake Ward; numerous nieces, nephews and friends. A Celebration of Life Service will be announced at a later date.
