She was the daughter of the late George A. Ayers Sr. and Margaret Ayers Kelsey. Jean was predeceased by her husband, Russell Fisher “Leroy” and her sister Mary Lou Harris. She is survived by her son, Wayne Bradshaw (Karen); step daughter, Pat Rolston (Mike); grandsons Brandon Bradshaw and Matthew Rolston; sister, Christine Bransford and brother George Ayers, Jr. Jean retired from Mobil Oil as Benefits Manager on January 1, 1995, after 33 years of service. Jean was a member of Richmond Elks 45 and Women of The Moose in Ashland. She loved playing Bingo and going to Nascar races in Richmond and Daytona. If she wasn’t attending a race you could find her watching the race at the Elks on Sunday afternoon. Visitation will be held 1 PM to 4 PM Sunday at the West Chapel of the Bennett Funeral Home, 11020 W. Broad Street. Her service will be private.
