Isabel M P Prey April 4 1921 February 2 2019 (age 97)

Isabel M. Prey 97, of Kensington passed away on Saturday February 2, 2019. Born in New Britain a daughter of the late Louis J. and Mary (Padelli) Prey. Isabel worked for various companies as executive secretary and retired from the American Cancer Society – New Britain Unit as the executive director. Isabel loved crocheting, knitting, oil painting and was a clothes horse. She was a life-time member of the Wethersfield Art League and a member of St. Paul Church. She loved to spend time at her family cottage at Knollwood Beach in Old Saybrook. Isabel was known for her infectious laugh. Isabel loved to travel, and for 25 years spent her vacations in Europe. She is survived by two brothers: Raymond J. Prey of Kensington and Robert L. Prey of Florida, a sister Marjorie C. Prey of Kensington, a special niece: Cynthia Roberts-Diaz, several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great nephews and a great-great niece. Everyone is invited to go directly to St. Paul Church at 11:30 AM on Tuesday, February 5, 2019 for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery.
