Obituary of Helen DiMaggio Helen Joy Herren Pachall DiMaggio was born August 23, 1925 in Big Spring, Texas and passed away February 6, 2019. She lived in Irving, Texas since 1959 and retired from Tex Pack Express in 1988 as an accounting secretary. She was a member of the First Baptist Church, Irving. Helen was preceded in death by her father, Tommy Med Herren; mother, Mary Wise Herren and her husband, Marion Joe DiMaggio. She is survived by her loving family, son and daughter-in-law, E. R. “Butch” and Debbie Pachall; five grandchildren, Cherry Pachall Hachette and husband, Rusty, James “Lee” Pachall and wife, Cyrstal, Jennifer Pachall Kirkpatrick and husband, Justin, Christy Pachall Ledridge and husband, Matt, and Kimberly Pachall Beattie and husband, Cesar; thirteen great grandchildren and four great, great grandchildren. Funeral service will be held Saturday, February 9, 2019, at 10 am at the Beech Creek Baptist Church in Spurger, Texas. A grave side service will be held Monday, February 11, 2019, at 11 am at the Resthaven Memorial Park in Midland, Texas. Honorary pallbearers will be Louis “Jackie” Pachall, James “Lee” Pachall, Dwight Atchison, Charles Atchison, Tommy Atchison and Cesar Beattie. In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made to the Beech Creek Baptist Church, 437 CR 4540, Spurger, Texas 77660.
