George’s Obituary George William Williams, age 62 of Murfreesboro, went to be with our Heavenly Father on Saturday, February 2, 2019. Survivors include his mother, Roberta Williams; daughters, Tina Williams and Rachael Ross; brothers, Bobby (Debra) Williams, Donald (Judy) Williams, Jonathan (Becky) Williams; sisters, Phyllis Baker, Sharon Williams, Suzanna Lenahan, and several nieces, nephews, and other loving family. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Williams, a brother, Ronald “Ronnie” Williams, and a niece, Emily Williams. Mr. Williams was a member of the Baptist Faith. He worked for Paramount Packaging for 20 years and later worked for ProCon Products. He enjoyed playing computer games and spending time with his family, friends, and loyal companion Squirt. Visitation with the family will be Saturday, February 9, 2019 from 10:00 a.m. until the time of memorial services beginning at 11:00 a.m. at Woodfin Memorial Chapel with Bro. Dave Brown officiating. The family wishes to thank Dr. and Mrs. Stephen Odom, Deborah Holt and office staff; as well as the doctors, nurses, and respiratory therapists in the CCU at St. Thomas Rutherford. The family requests memorials be made in memory of Mr. Williams to the Good Shepherd Children’s Home, 203 Woodcraft Dr, Murfreesboro, TN 37127 and an online guestbook is available at www.woodfinchapel.com.
