On February 7th 2019, Bailey, Paige, Brooklyn, Allie and Cole had to say “goodbye” to the best Papa’ ever. But happily Frank got to say Hello again to his son Frank Lacey Sneed JR. Frank Lacey Sneed was born on April 18, 1956 in Cincinnati, Ohio. 8lbs-10oz and 21” long with bright red hair. In February 2000 Frank married the light of his life Val… Together they taught all the kids; Lacey Thomas, Nicole Empey, Joselynn Sheriff that family is always priority and number one. Frank was loved by many and a friend to all and will be dearly missed. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, February 9, from 2-4 PM at the Dalton-Hoopes Funeral Home, 50 W Main, Grantsville.
