Celebration of Life is on Friday, March 8th, 2019, 2:00 PM with time of sharing starting at 1:00 PM, all at Westwood Community Church, 3121 Westwood Drive, Excelsior. Rev. Matt Velasco and Rev. Dave Trautmann will be celebrating his life. In lieu of flowers memorial preferred to the family. Inurnment will be at Fort Snelling National Cemetery at a later date. Dutch was born on August 3rd, 3rd, 1957 in Eindhoven, Holland to Trudo and Beb (Hustings) Neutkens. He was one of two children. Survived by his loving wife of 27 years, Leslie; sons, Aaron and Jason of Chaska; mother, Beb Hustings of St Paul; sister, Lorraine (Tim) Poncin of New Prague.
