David’s Obituary David Finley Kemph, 51, of Pampa, passed away on Wednesday, February 13, 2019 in Pampa. No services are scheduled at this time. Arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors. Mr. Kemph was born September 6, 1967 in Clovis, California to Gottlieb and Stella Kemph. After high school graduation, David enlisted in the U.S. Navy. After faithfully serving his country he made his home in Pampa. While in Pampa, he has worked a various restaurant in town over the years. For the past 5 years, David has lived in the Pam Apartments, and has made many friends there. He was an easy-going guy and enjoyed surfing the internet as a hobby. He was preceded in death by his parents. Survivors include his two sisters, Jackie Kern and husband Loy of Lubbock, and Stella Espinoza and husband Michael of Sioux Falls, South Dakota; three brothers, Russell Pair and wife Jamie of Bakersfield, California, Mickey Pair and wife Cheryl of Fresno, California, and Johnny Pair and wife Anna of Lubbock; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
