Dale R Torrence Sr of Alburtis Pennsylvania August 9 1936 January 30 2019

Dale Ronald Torrence Sr., 82, of Alburtis, passed away January 30, 2019. Born in Allentown, he was the son of the late Arthur and Helen (Shultz) Torrence. Dale was preceded in death by his loving wife, Sandra (Whitehouse) Torrence. The two were married for 55 years, 3 months, 2 weeks, and 6 days. He served in the US Navy and in the Navy’s band; he was an avid musician. Dale worked as a supervisor for Mack Trucks for over 10 years until 1984. He was a longtime member of Good Shepherd UCC in Alburtis. He is lovingly remembered by his son, Dale R. Torrence Jr. and his grandson, Derick Torrence. In addition to his parents and wife, Sandra, he was preceded in death by his twin brother, Donald Torrence. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, February 5, 2019 at 12PM at Woodlawn Memorial Park 1500 Airport Rd, Allentown, PA 18109. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Dale’s name to Lehigh Valley Hospice 2024 Lehigh St Suite 100, Allentown, PA 18103.
