Cathy Jean Bolton, age 59, of Stone Mountain, passed away on Friday, February 22, 2019. A memorial service will be held at 4:00 pm Sunday, February 24, 2019 at Bill Head Funeral Home, Lilburn/Tucker Chapel. Interment will be held later at Floral Hills Memory Gardens in Tucker. A native of Atlanta, Ms. Bolton was retired from AT&T and was a member of Mountain Park First Baptist Church in Stone Mountain. She was the primary caregiver for her mother until her death last year and she also took great joy in looking after her great nieces and nephew. Preceded in death by her parents, Billie Donald and Elizabeth Josephne Bolton, she is survived by her brother and sister-in-law, Michael and Cindy Bolton of Lilburn; nephew, Benjamin (Ashley) Bolton of Lilburn; niece, Melissa (Matt) Price of Rapid City, SD; great-nieces and great-nephews, Savannah Price, Judson Price, Hali Bolton, Sarah Bolton and Levi Bolton. The family will receive friends prior to the service on Sunday from 3:00 – 4:00 pm at Bill Head Funeral Homes and Crematory, Lilburn/Tucker Chapel, (770) 564-2726.
