Carolyn Joyce Brooks, 77, of Hoopeston, IL, passed away at 7:35 A.M. Wednesday February 6, 2019 at her home. She was born February 21, 1941, in Matteson, IL the daughter of Fred and Verna (Langrader) Heusman. She married Earl G. Brooks in Chicago Heights, IL. He survives in Hoopeston. She is also survived by one brother and one step-brother. Carolyn was a homemaker. Per her wishes, she will be cremated, and no services will be held.
