Ms. Brenda Diane Driggers, 56, of Maxton, transitioned from time to eternity on Wednesday, February 13, 2019. Brenda was born on November 17, 1962. Diane loved her family. She loved to decorate and paint. She had a smile that was contagious and her laughter would fill a room. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Bobby Locklear, two grandsons, Tristan Bullard and Jayden Cameron Driggers. She leaves to cherish her memories to her daughters, Christina Emily Rose Bullard and Tracy Angela Faye Lowery both of Maxton, NC; her son, Steven Antonio (Natoshia) Driggers of Laurinburg, NC; her mother, Emmer Jean Locklear of Maxton, NC; ten grandchildren, three sisters, Debbie Chavis of Gibson, NC; Wanda Williams and Michelle Arthurs both of Maxton, NC; four brothers, Rev. Neal Locklear and Marcus Locklear both of Maxton, NC; Douglas Locklear of Rowland and Bobby Locklear Jr. of Laurinburg, NC and other relatives and friends.
