He was born Monday, February 10, 1947 to the late Fred A. and Patricia (Moore) Ross. Billy married his wife, Terrie Arlene (Lamphier) Ross on February 11, 2018. Billy served his country in the Navy during the Vietnam War and worked as an engineer at Odyssey Marina. He is survived by his wife; children, Michelle Owens of Martinsville, Danny Ross of Texas, Linda Palmatier of Dearborn, Michigan, Wendy Wallace of Taylor Michigan, Billy Joe Ross, Jr. of Syracuse, Indiana; step-daughter, Jessica Canada of Martinsville; sister, Loretta Carmichael of Ladoga, Indiana; 14 grandchildren; 2 great granddaughters; 1 great grandson. Preceding him in death are his parents and sister, Teresa Sarazin. Services are 11 a.m. Tuesday, February 26, 2019 at Costin Funeral Chapel with Sam Quakenbush officiating.
